1. Accounts
You may need an account to enroll in courses or join community features. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Course purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes and fees may apply. Refunds are available up to 7 days before a cohort begins. After that period, you may transfer once to a later cohort, subject to availability.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, access without authorization, or infringe the rights of others. Respect peers and mentors in all community spaces.
4. Intellectual property
Content on the Site is owned by LumiFlora Collective or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as permitted by law.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display it to provide the services. You are responsible for the content you share and must have necessary rights to it.
6. Disclaimers
We provide the Site “as is” and make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Course availability and schedules may change.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumiFlora Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumiFlora Collective from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, if necessary, binding arbitration where permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
